Interim Executive Director
Leadership transitions can have a tremendous impact on the ability of an organization to execute its mission. During leadership transitions, Sulzbach Consulting can serve as an organization’s Executive Director managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the Board of Directors and staff. We serve as the organization’s stewards to ensure continuity and stability during a transition.
Leadership transitions may take 4-6 months or longer which can result in extra work for the board, anxiety for the staff, and potential concern by funders. We bring calm to a transition and prepare the organization for its next leader.
Role of an Interim Executive Director
